^ In this link, what is the method for finding a and b?
It just tells you the answer!

Do I just add on the radius number to the y coordinate of it?

The centre is directly above (3,0) so it's x value must be 3.

The circle's radius is 7, so it's 7 above the x axis, so it's y value is 7.

So the centre is at (3,7).
