Before you judge me, may i say, i am very sad to hear about her death, and i wish this never happened.

Honestly, i picked up a London evening standard today, 9 pages about her death! Is this really necessary? I couldn't give two craps about this, yes its sad, but you don't need 9 pages about it, one little front page about her is enough.

Children got killed by NATO yerstaday, hardly anything about it on the news, yet one women dies, it goes viral for weeks.

A british soldier dies in Afghanistan, while being on duty and protecting the freedom of this country, one little cover about his/her death.

Yes i know she was the leader of this country, and she did very well to run it. But what about the soldiers that die whilst protecting this country? the police officers that make sure our streets are safe?

All im saying is, some people that have died, didn't get honored or recognized the way they should have.

There are more things to worry about, and to write about on the news.

Because what she did shaped this country for generations to come whether you think for better or for worse?

    First woman PM?

Big Bang in London banking, regulation of markets, privatisation, anything? This is big news, what would you rather, 8 pages instead on the latest Jersey Shore?

I don't even like Thatcher but god people don't half get annoying.

Im quite interested in the historical aspects of her politics and legacy. Im now understanding the massive influence she had on New Labour and the current government. The fact shes dead doesnt sadden me. I cant feel sad at the fairly expected death of an elderly person I neither knew or held particular admiration unlike Mandela say.

As a nationalist/catholic from N.Ireland I don't wish to celebrate her life but I find it a bit stupid to celebrate someone dying as well, social media is full of comments celebrating her death. I don't know much about her reign but I know that she is very much hated by the N.Ireland Irish community due to the 1981 hunger strikes.
