I can get on with my day as normal with it but its been constant for 3 or 4 days, I have had a mild cold but my nose is always clear now and I don't particularly feel stuffy.

The pain is above my nose and it goes half way across each eyebrow, it is even slightly tender to touch.

Can anyone shine any light on this problem?

    Many thanks

When you lean forward and it hurts it's normally a sign of a sinus problem/infection. I would say visit your doctor as sinus infections do get more painful and sometimes need antibiotics to treat!

My sister had something like this and got something from the doctor from it - can't remember what it was though, sorry! But if it doesn't get better then definitely get it checked out.

I'd go tomorrow - if it's nothing then even the reassurance will stop you worrying, but if it needs some meds then the sooner the better! GP will tell you better than anyone on here what to do. Hope it gets better

Sounds like a sinus problem on a tension headache. Go to the docs, sinus problems can get out of control quickly but are easily sorted

Ask for some codeine/dihydrocodeine/tramadol for pain relief and some diclofenac/naproxen/indometacin for further pain relief & anti inflammatory.
