Just thought I'd create a thread for anyone who's applied/accepted a life science course at GCU starting September 2013!

Me, I've accepted an offer for Biomedical Science. And I'm keen to meet other people who could/will be in my lectures this autumn!

    Hey,

I've got an offer for Molecular and Cellular Biology. I've never been in the UK and I'm looking for someone who would like to rent a room with me or something. Any suggestions were to look for such people?

You could look at glasgowpad.org to find accommodation, and post in the GCU page about wanting a room mate. That's all I can think of for now!

Yes, I guess that this course is similar with ours.

"This International Certificate in Higher Education is equivalent to the first year of your degree at Glasgow Caledonian University and leads you directly into year two of a number of specialist degrees from Biomedical Science to Pharmacology."

You'll be studying Math, biology, Chemistry, Cell, Genes, Sociology etc.

    When will you begin? ^.^

Ya , I think we are taking the same course!!! But I am recommended by INTO HIGHER which is one of the partner of GCU , don't know whether have you heard that before. And I might be choosing psychology , sociology ,Genes , Cells and biomolecules and the subjects which is compulsory like English for Academic purposes and Study skills , including ict, Human biology and foundation mathematics. My course will start on this coming September .
