Will running 3-4 miles help get 400m time down? watch

    Will running 3 - 4 miles twice a week help with 400m if its combined with sprint training and interval sessions? I also want to get my 100m sprint time down so i do plyometrics and hills but Id like to improve at 400 too.

    I tend to run about 3 or 4 miles speeding up at the end so that it becomes less aerobic and more lactate.
