    Hello,

I need some information on the Places of Articulation as part of the Language Development unit. I can't find any information whatsoever in the textbooks (even the Edexcel specific one) that is sufficiently detailed, and all of the information I can find on the internet isn't relevant to the specification, i.e how plosives and fricatives are created. I think I need to know which areas of the mouth specifically make these sounds, and know the correct scientific terminology.

I wondered if anybody studying this specification could help me out, even if it's just to confirm exactly what I do need to know for this section.

    Thank you.
