Hi! basically my main problem/issue is this : right at the beginning of my AS level, i started having seizures. I was off school alot due to this and i later got diagnosed with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy.

I am now at the end of my a2's and i have my exams fast approaching in the summer.

the only course i want to do (optometry with a preliminary year at cardiff) requires the grades A B B, and i am really worried that i'm only going to get ABC - i do art (at grade A ) biology (B) and french (at a C for the moment. i need to push this up). My epilepsy affects my memory and my medication makes me very tired. When i concentrate too hard i start twitching (great in exams(!)

i was wondering that during the application process, would my university take into consideration my disability? would they be lenient and let me in with ABC? it's literally the only thing i want to do im going to be applying to start in 2014.

You need to speak to them and explain the situation. There's something called mitigating circumstances.
