I am sure that this year has been the hardest year for physcial geography for a long time - the grade boundary for an A will still be 80%, but it is a question of how many marks on the paper you need to get scaled up to this boundary in UMS. The majority of people I have spoken too found it v. difficult so I am sure that the boundary will have fallen more than in other years.
Thanks for your post. It's reassuring when I hear that other people also found it quite difficult. I sure hope they drop the raw-mark grade boundary by quite a significant leap. Compared to last years Physical paper this one was so much harder.

the physical paper was prob realli hard this year because the resit in jan was realli easy as you didnt need 2 no ne case studies... it must have been easy as i went from a D to a high A. I think u need about 95/120 for an A in it, the rest are around 70/72 outa 90 for an A. If everyone found it hard they will prob mark nicer or will just lower the ground boundaries.
