I was wondering if anyone would have an idea of what statistical test would be used for the following type of experiment:

Subjects are recruited and they participate voluntarily. After initial H&S and consent etc is conducted and all exclusion/inclusion areas are covered, each subject will be randomly assigned to one of 3 groups....2 groups - stretch. 1 group is a control group of no stretch. Measured Pre (ROM) intervention and immediately post (ROM) intervention (for stretch groups) control group only takes measurements same time as other two groups. Further measurements after immediate post measure are taken a further 4 times over a certain time period.

I am thinking ANOVA...but getting really confused as to what sort. I would really appreciate if anyone has any thoughts on this? I should know this by now but everytime I start work on my project I end up confusing myself.

    Thank you in advance.
