I made some mistakes on my student finance application for teacher training so I called Student Finance England to cancel the application so I can then submit a new application with the correct information.
The application status online says 'the application has been cancelled' but it doesn't allow me to start a new online application. Can you help with this?

Your application shouldn't have been cancelled, it should have been submitted and then amendments made to change the errors as this would have been a lot faster.
In order for you to apply again for 13/14 your application needs to be deleted and this will take a few weeks to happen from when you request it due to the volume of these requests we're receiving.
I would suggest sending in a paper application instead. That way if you make an error you can print another copy easily and it'll also mean that your application is submitted sooner.
