    Hi,

Hi I am a EU student and first year I have received a tuition fees loan only. I was told that because I do not plan to work I will not be able to get any other loan so my application was made non-income based (I am not sure why because I have provided everything including my parents' income).

Anyway, my question is what do I need to do if I want to change my application circumstances this year and make it into a income based application?
And what is the deadline for continuing students?

    Will appreciate any advice.
    Thank you!

    Hi Indrute,

You can only be income assessed if you were resident in the UK for 3 years prior to the first year of your course.

If this isn't the case you can't apply for any maintenance support unfortunately.

    Thanks,
    Mark
