Hellooooo might have left this a little late, but I'm currently applying for a Graduate Diploma in Law, and I was wondering what to include in my personal statement? I know the obvious answer is why I want to do the course, why I'd be good at it, and where I see myself in the future. It's more me asking what kind of stuff I should be saying ie. do I relate to my work experience more because I've done a job that shares some similarities with a solicitor, or do I need to concentrate my efforts on discussing Law as an academic discipline?
Also, has anyone here studied at a college before and could tell me a bit about what it's like? I'm more than happy to relocate for a year, but I would feel happier knowing if there's going to be some sort of social/housing scene so I'm not stuck in the middle of nowhere for a year! Thanks!
