ive been to my fare share of interviews as a black man living in london, and cannot seem to understand why employers are hiring like this ive been to some businesses where they the business itself are all staffed by white people with not a single ethnic minority working there, i also see ethics doing this as well especially when i go to my locally icelands or cooperatives sometimes sainsburys and see that they will only hire asians there why are employers so prejudice?

its isnt just whites or asians who do this blacks do this too i have been taken on a few times for voluntary work or really hard jobs who had black managers and took me on because i was black.
