missing student signature

When i look on view my correspondence it is saying waiting for signature,i have posted 2 declaration forms by first class post and also 1 by special delivery which they have received on monday 8/04/13 but my account is still saying not received.Does anyone know how long it takes to update?Thank you

It can take them a couple of weeks to update it on to the system.
