    I ticked the box for my mum to complete her financial details online after me and it says I have successfully linked with her account. However when my mum logs in my brothers name is on her support an application but not mine and it keeps saying error when I try to submit my application. I've rang student finance 5 times and they haven't answered me, please help a.s.a.p

    I couldn't get through to them on the phone in the end. I was on hold for over half an hour

    Did you choose for your Mum to give her detail in the same session or a separate session?

    Seperate session, I tried changing it back to the same session as me but it won't let me change it
