    No boys start and finish growing later than girls. You still have around 3 years left until you are fully grown. Girls stop growing at around 16 but my growth spurt was about a year later than everyone else yours might be too. Look at your parents you should be around that height.
    i was always tiny but I am around 5'4 which is average I think...

    This is true. There is 15months between my two brothers and one was always tiny compared to the other at 16 and 17. Now at 19 and 20 he towers over him and they're both probably still growing.

    Even if you don't grow much, it is nothing to worry about.

    you're not that small! in my opinion being short is better than being tall. I'm 16, 6ft and have size 10 feet: massive bum when it comes to shopping and yes, i can reach high shelves but there are surprisingly few situations where you actually need that!

    A tall girl is in my opinion, quite beautiful. Very statuesque.
