So this is my first time applying to student finance and I've filled out all the details correctly and on the submit application is shows the student finance breakdown, it says that I can only get a maximum of £3,465.00 for my tuition fee loan! My course costs £9,000 what should I do? I've already triple checked the details and as far as I understand I should be eligible for £9,000. I haven't submitted my application yet out of fear that I will be forced to pay the rest of the tuition fee myself.

    What should I do ?

    Hi Adam,

You've definitely made an error somewhere on your application. You may have answered a question that you think is correct but is causing the fee cap.

If you speak with one of our advisers they can check this for you and should be able to get it sorted.

    Thanks,
    Mark-Lee
