So I am looking to start making some cash to replace the job I dont have. I need to start making cash fast and want to aim to make 100 pounds a week to fuel my social life and my spending. I have little time due to school work so am I in the right place in terms of looking to start on ebay.

How can I get to cash in from ebay? Where should I start? What are the best products to sell? Should I stay with 1 product or sell many?

    Thanks

I have been quite interested in doing this as well. I have heard of people doing this but I think finding the right product which is profitable would be hard. Competition on ebay is tough as well. A lot of sellers say ebay isn't what it used to be with paypal fees and ebay fees taking away their profit. Have you looked at this forum. http://www.thewholesaleforums.co.uk/. No one will tell you the best products to sell though. You will need to research this yourself. Good luck if you decide to do it though.

I know ebay charges for you to put your products up on sale, but I think there are random organised days when it's free? I have a couple of friends who use ebay and only put their stuff up on those days so that they get all (or most of?) the money they earn from it. I think.

I've got an idea. How about you buy a job lot of phone cases from china and sell them at cost price +£1 on ebay? You buy 1,000 cases from china, you make £1,000 profit. And in your case, you only need to sell 100 a week to fund your 'spending'- that's just 14 cases a day you need to sell!!!

I'm joking. Every man and his dog are selling phone cases on ebay. Then you have the listing fees and paypal fees etc. Unless you can find a really good product that you can do cheaper, you'll struggle.
