So I fulfilled the conditions. Does anyone know if the university requires us to firm the conditional offer they gave us before they can turn it into unconditional? Or they can just change it from conditional to Unconditional without us having to make our choice yet?

A university can change a conditional offer to an unconditional at any time. They will usually only do this once they are certain that you meet the entry requirements.

Yeah, it took a few weeks for my offer to change to unconditional. Just be patient

Assuming these are exam results that UCAS gets told about automatically (A levels, Highers etc) then once this has been transmitted to the Uni(s) concerned, they will switch your offer to U. It can take a while for all this admin to happen but if you havnt heard anything by early May, then a simple phone call to the Uni to check they did actually get your results would be a good idea.
