Iv been accepted for the role
Its 7 hours a week working with young people.
The issue I have is, my parents can be quite protective... They're worried about the kind of people I'll be working with as the area its in is a council estate with not a very good reputation. I understand their concern but how can I put them at rest
Also, Ive not been told how much Id be getting as Iv not asked as I didnt want the interviewer to get the wrong impression, but when I applied it was between 24-28 grand but for 19 hours

So, you will be doing regular visits to homes? If so, are you going to go alone?

Well, if you are going to be with someone else, you can say that to your parents and they should worry less because you won't be alone.

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the same but I have a support worker interview coming up I'm not really sure what my role would be ? Do you have any sample questions ? My interview panel will have 2 residents on it and 2 members of staff.

    Many thanks in ad

A friend of mine is a support worker for canw
At my interview they pretty much jus asked me about my background, my experience in the field, and gave scenarios and how I'd deal with them
