Will I get SAAS Funding?

I've heard mixed things about this from people, but nothing official. I've previously done an HNC Games Dev. course and a two year HND in Web Design. Some things came up and I never went on to university, although I did get offered a spot in 2nd year at Glasgow Cali for the Games Dev.

I was wondering if SAAS would still fund me, either for attending a new course at college (HNC/HND) or University. If it's University, how many years funding could I expect to get?
