I currently work 16 hours a week, 10 hours on a Saturday and 6 hours on a weekday evening.

I have got 8 exams this summer and I am completely bogged down with work. I have only just started this job so I cant demand time off, I have £2,000 saved up for uni in September and £500 to last me for summer.

    Shall I quit my job?

If you think that having this job is going to effect the results you get in your exams then you should probably quit! You have some money already so that's not too much of a problem and you can always find another job once you've done the exams!

Ask for unpaid leave from the employer.. Explain what it is for. At least explain to them the situation

Yes! The recommended time to work in college is 9 hours maximum, 16 hours is nearly double! You've made a substantial amount of money & gained experience so you should quit and just resume working at a similar place when your exams are over.

Alternatively, ask not to work on a Saturday as that's where the bulk of your hours are.
