    And depends on ur family Dna,,, some people get fat even eating one litle bit of chocolade a day , while others can eat whole bars every day without getting overweight, wish u good luck, because i am to heavy and i think dieting is murder...

    Diets aren't just about how fatty a product is. If you are just trying to cut the nutritional rule of thumb is eat less. It's not rocket science. If you're trying to retain muscle or make gains etc. then that's a whole different ball game. But when it comes to losing weight eating fewer calories will always be king.

    One meal won't affect daily nutritional needs on it's own, a single meal can never be classed as "fattening".

    Porridge has next to no fat, whole milk has about 20g of fat per pint.

    Even on a fairly restrictive diet - you will need around 40g of fat a day. So as long as you don't have much more than 2 pints, you should be golden.

    In any case, as mentioned - it doesn't really make any odds what you have for breakfast. What matters is the total amount of food you consume all day and every day. Don't overanalyse one meal.

    It's one of the best you can have. Add some fruit and yog to it! Don't forget, eating a fuller brekfast is better because you won't be inclined to eat crap later on.

    It's no good fussing over brekfast if you then go to McD's for dinner.

    If you want to lose fat you ideally want to limit carbs in the morning. With carbs, you will cause an insulin spike telling your body to store food inhibiting fat loss all day. However, you will still lose weight if cals are low enough, but in an unpleasant way. Have a moderate sized breakfast consisting of protein, goods fats and some veg/ a little fruit. This will keep insulin low allow you to burn some body fat. It is oversimplified here.

    For example, an omelet with mushrooms, onions, spinach and a bit of cheese.

    smoothie of protein powder, coconut milk and one banana (very nice)

    Normal breakfats like cereal or porridge are not good for burning fat.
    All this is taken in isolation there are many other factors but for this snip-it of your life, the above is mostly correct

    Also milk is not a good food for losing weight. Bodybuilders love it because it helps put on weight so well.

    Not as long as it's not more than 50g porridge. Personally, I mix mine with almond milk- makes it sweeter with less calories and fat than milk.
