    well basically im in my AS year right now doing Maths Physics Economics and Geography and I want to get into good uni's for engineering but Im afraid my GCSEs will put me down I got 2a's 3b's and 5c's do I have hope If i get good AS results?

    So long as you meet any minimum GCSE standards stated then they're going to be far more interested in your AS grades and A2 predictions than anything else.

    Have a look on the uni's website at the courses you're interested in. There should be a section called 'entry requirements' this will tell you what you need in order to get into the course. If the uni is demanding higher GCSE results try a different uni. I think you'll be fine as most universities go from AS grades and A2 predictions. So just work hard the next year and a bit
