Hey ankur, im doing natural sciences at mildert too hopefully! need the AAA too, which is well annoying. Erm...if they got ABC offer for law, then he/she is most likely a really really good candidate, can't really complain about that

I'm going to the open day on 22/23rd but really don't know yet whether I actually wanna go so I'll end up judging it on the open day. Are you going?

Well, I know this may sound like a stupid question, but what do you actually do when you get there coz all the info that I seem to have is so vague?

As quoted from the VM board:

This is what is going on at the March Open Day.

    ------------------------------------------
    EVENING ENTERTAINMENT

    8pm
Socialise in bar / Movie in the JCR

    9.30pm
Pub quiz / DJ and games in the JCR

    10.30pm
    DJ (Hip hop etc.)

    11.30pm
Keep the party going at the DSU

All of this is purely voluntary but if you miss it you will definitely miss out.
    -------------------------------------------------

That's for the night you arrive, after dinner at 6pm. Then the next day, you'll be going around to all the talks/demonstrations by your departments, so there isnt' really a time when you run out of things to do.

the point is though he's not a great candidate got mostly A's and B's at GCSE don't think he got any stars + predicted ABB at A-level or summit. He's nt bad but he's not exceptional.

Mine was really cool, I only need to get an ABD in any way. But I don't think my subject is that popular so maybe thats why.
