# Find the CDF for the following random variable Watch

1. I've worked out the F(x) to be this so far:

x<0 0
x/2 0<x≤ 1
x/6 + 1/3 1<x≤ 2

I can't seem to get the eq. for the 2<x≤3 limit though, I know it's x/3 but how?

when I integrate the PF for that interval, I get x/3 - 2/3 and I know 2/3 needs to be added but where does this 2/3 come from? Please help!
2. So when you integrate the function f(x) = 1/3, you get F(x) = x/3 + c right. What should the value of F(3) be? So what's c?
