You have to admit it, love him or hate him, this is what truly makes him the special one:

He has done similar in the past, before the final when he was at Inter he gave someone a ticket for the match on the condition the man gave the cost of the ticket to charity.

He's a top man in my opinion, how many people would do that?

    When has Balotelli done this?
Tbh Balotelli has done quite a lot of things! Only 2 off of the top of my head are where he won £25,000 in a casino and when he walked out he gave £1,000 to a homeless guy.

And he also went into the library at Manchester Uni and tried to pay off all of the students' overdue library loan fees.

Kinda similar to when Edgar Davids helped out his own fans when their coach broke down on the way home.

    Almost chocked up.

We live on an spec of dust in an unimaginably vast and desolate universe, and even on our own planet do we see terror and injustice.

But it's moments like this, stories like this, that remind you that there's still some good left in this world, and it's worth fighting for.

I was supporting Real anyway, and my decision to support them would not be based on this incident, but this gives me more incentive now!

Football and sport has that way of uniting people from all races , classes, jobs, backgrounds in one common ground.

Those are all lies started by City fans. Balotelli has admitted he didn't do any of that stuff, i.e. giving money away. See for yourself - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqSZ9rcvfAY Watch from 8:30. When he's asked about giving money away his reaction sort of says "No chance, I'd never do that", 10:45 for the casino bit.

You know how the media started doing this? After Christmas one year when someone (most likely a City fan) started a rumour he was driving round Manchester dressed as Father Christmas handing money out.

Underneath all the bravado, there is a humbler and sincere side to him as this story shows. I tell you what, he's not doing his chances of MUFC job any harm with this story appearing after his pre, post match words after the United-Madrid match!

He earns millions a year, that's trivial.
