I'm having major trouble with a decision!

basically I currently work at an independent village bakery and quite like it. it's an hours walk away and theres no contract (its casual work) but I love the atmosphere because its really busy, the pays not too bad, the hours are pretty much perfect for me and I can take holidays more or less when I want them.

Before I started working there I went for an interview at a different bakery but was unsuccessful and now the manager of that bakery has rung me to offer me a job and I can't decide whether to take it or not. It's a proper contracted job in a chain of bakeries and it's literally a 5 minute walk away but the hours aren't as good for me and it's a much quieter bakery so I think I might get bored.

    What should I do!?'

If I'm correct you're the poster that has a casual contract with your current bakery so is it not possible to undertake both to see which is better, as long as both contracts allow you to work at 'rivals'

Thank you for your reply you are right in saying I'm the poster that is doing casual work. I'd really love it if I could try your idea because it would without a doubt help me decide but it's not really possible as both jobs expect me to be totally flexible on which days I work and so some of the days would overlap
