I applied for a job as an Apprentice Admin Assistant. I was pleased to be called back for an interview, i attended the interview and I met all the requirements for the position. I was then contacted by the employer the next day to be told I wasn't successful. I was disappointing. The employer than informed me that I was the second most successful candidate and if there were 2 positions open I would of been appointed. She then went on to say she will pass my information on to the Apprentice Coordinator and If any position was to arise they would be in contact with me. Has anyone ever applied for a job and was unsuccessful but had their information kept and passed on to another employer, and received a call back for a next position? Help cause I don't know if I should keep having hope.

If they told you that they will call you in the future, they might Never give up your hopes
