Pro Plus sucks, more caffeine in a standard 1 teaspoon cup of coffee.

I live on proplus. But once the night before a big hand in of coursework, I swallowed pro plus pills after every 2 hours, and was wide awake, but then I couldnt sleep, so I took sleeping pills, lol, next morning, omg my stomach was aching and I threw up, and I had no energy after being sick so I drank lucozade and im telling u I never felt so bad. So dont EVER mix, proplus with sleeping pills/energy drinks like red bull.

I once had 8 pro plus at once, together with 5 red bulls at College. I was sat in the vista singing ridiculously loudly with this barrage of empty cans infront of me. All the surrounding tables were looking at me and my friends pretended they didn't know me.

i've never tried that :p: its usually the whole 10-teaspoons-of-coffee-in-one-mug so i can be wide awake and usually hyper :hmmmm: but heck its works for me except for the taste and when you feel all drained during the exam

Does Pro-Plus help you concentrate?
Aye, but if you have too much of it you get all jittery, and start missing keys when typing or writing erratically.

Red-bull sure does. However the after-effects for 4 cans in as many hours are disasterous!

No...

You just get a high and end up dancing around at 3am listening to really loud music and get even more distracted...

Remember... You learn when you sleep...
