    Hi Guys,
    As I'm sure you're aware, it's pretty late and I'm horrendously stuck on the classification of a couple of fixed points which I have obtained.
    The fixed points for a linear system are
    Any attempt I have made to produce a linearised system about each point has left me without a good answer. Also my contour plot of the system seems to show only one fixed point. The contour plot takes only real values, however the fixed point is very close to (1.88,0) instead of the (0.94,0) I expected. The contour plot is below.

    Does anyone know where I may have gone wrong?

    1.88 is exactly double your value of 0.94 if that helps...

    Like I said, I am unsure whether the fixed point in the plot is around 1.88 -2.
    However, I have no justification of how to prove the situation :/
