    Which of the following solutions contains equal concentrations of H+ and OH- ions?
    A - NH4 Cl
    B - Na2 CO3
    C - KNO3
    D - CH3 COOK

    These are all salts. What you have to remember about the pH of various salts is that if they are the salt of a weak acid and strong base, then pH>7 i.e. [H+] < [OH-]. If they are of a weak base and strong acid, then pH<7 so [H+] > [OH-]. Finally if it is a strong acid+strong base or weak acid+weak base then pH=7 and [OH-]=[H+]. So in the question you have to identify which salt is formed when a strong acid reacts with a strong base or a weak acid reacts with a weak base.
