I work in a place where we do money transfer.
Recently, someone came to receive money and scammed us. Not only did it cause distress to us but it also made us lose some money. Personally, I couldn't sleep properly and suffered from stress and anxiety.
The money transfer company told us to stop receiving money, i.e giving money to people. We were going to stop that today anyway.
Anyways, we had a man come in to use the money transfer service. The first question I asked him was if he wanted to send or receive money? He said receive.
I then told him that he couldn't claim money here and he started to get aggressive and argue with me. I stayed calm and politely told him that the money transfer stopped my license to receive money. Clearly he was having none of it. I offered him two places across the road that do it and he told me that they don't give out money which was a massive lie. He seemed very desperate for the money and even asked me where the police station was. His English was poor and he thought mine was bad. Eventually he left the store and went across the road to the shop that apparently 'never' gave him the money. Started saying that the area was **** and so on. Turns out, he ended up getting money from the shop across the road even though he said that he been there 5 minutes ago :/
Thing I don't get is, why was he getting aggressive and so on. I can't take a risk and to be honest, he was up to something. He said he wanted to receive £15.
who are introverts?
