    when it comes to building PCs i try to avoid ebay as much as i can (you never know what you're gonna get) if i was you, i'd look at places like ebuyer and see what the prices for your components are there, just make sure that all your components can 'talk' with each other, nothing worse than buying a motherboard and a decent graphics card, to find out your motherboard doesn't support / have the correct connection port
