The deadline for firming a choice on UCAS is fast approaching and I am stressing out about which uni to pick.
I'm gonna be doing Graphic Design and have managed to narrow it down to Bournemouth or Falmouth, all the stats are pretty much the same just wondering if anyone can help from experience or if they know anything that can sway my decision a tiny bit!
Both have pros and cons with Falmouth being far away but then I also see that as a bit if a pro too... Argh I dunno!
Need to firm a a uni, but can't decide! Watch

Well what are your pros and cons of each?

I live near Falmouth in Cornwall. I hate Cornwall, it's very rural and boring. Also one of the poorest places in England. I can't wait to get the F*** out of here and move to Bristol this year. Falmouth is a small harbour town and is a lot smaller than Bournemouth. Bournemouth is nearer other big cities with lots of things to do. Falmouth isn't near jack sh*t. I'm surprised they even have a Uni there. The university there is much smaller in terms of size and of students. I can guarantee that you will most likely get a much better student experience at Bournemouth but I can't speak for the standards of each university. I would go for Bournemouth if I were you unless you're a really quiet and rural person. Hope this helped.

I had the same choice but for Fashion the facilities were similar, but I chose Bournemouth, theres more of an atmosphere there and the nights out are great, also I liked the campus and stuff more and the halls in falmouth are ages away from the uni whereas at bournemouth, assuming aub? you can go straight into a house share in the same area all the students are in.
Also if you do decide on Bournemouth if its the arts uni, I'm looking for two lads for an 8 bed house if you're interested (5 freshers and a second year)!
