    Yes, if you apply to the right medical schools:

    However, you'd greatly increase the number of med schools you can apply to if you take both bio and chem to A2.

    Not really(for the standard 5 yer courses) Most unis ask for at least one/both

    Unless Maybe research acess fo med courses...

    Not without great difficulty.

    You'd be wise to familiarise yourself with both anyway, because it'll make life easier when you get there - lectures are usually delivered in a way that builds up from the bottom, but if you're having to learn it from scratch it'll still be harder.
