    This is basically where I'm going to keep all of the useful information that I've learned but am likely to forget. I'll visit it regularly to add more info. Feel free to contribute by posting.

    Blender 2.6

    You can animate linear motion extremely easily by recording (red button) the creation of two keyframes (use a dopesheet and timeline).

    1 - Front
    7 - Above
    3 - Right
    2, 4, 6, 8 (who do we appreciate?...TLM...TLM) - Rotate
    5 - Orthoganal(no depth)/Perspective(real-life view)

    1st Person
    Up/down is shift+scroll.
    Left/Right is ctrl+scroll.
    Forward/backward is scroll.
    Rotate left and right is ctrl+alt+scroll
    Rotate up/down and left/right is 8/2 and 4/6 respectively.

    2nd Person
    Treat it like 3rd, can view from camera using "0".

    3rd Person
    Move (grab) is g. To constrain it to an axis follow this with x, y or z.

    Duplicate an object with shift+d.
    Edit the shape of an object using ctrl+r (edit mode) or subdivide another way and moving the vertices, edges or faces. You can also extrude using the button at the bottom. There are tons of useful tools as well like
