I'm 20, and stupidly weak, so how do I get stronger?
I volunteer with St John's, and when I do my training I need to be able to do 4 mins of chest compressions, and currently, I can't
I'm thinking of joining the leisure centre in my area, but for a gym induction its like £20. I'm likely to be moving away in 2 months, and I'm not sure its worth paying the induction fee if I'll only use the gym a few times.
They also have a swimming pool there though, so will that be enough to give me some strength?
