I want to know how many marks I need in the june British history exam in order to get an A overall.

    AS results
    Russia: 77/100 B
    British:93/100 A

    A2 results
Russia Coursework: Haven't got the results yet but assume I scraped an A grade.

How many marks would I need in the remaining British A2 exam I have in june?

320/400 is an A, or 480/600 - depending on how many units. You have 170 so far. You think you scraped an A, say 80/100 in your coursework. You'd therefore need 70/100 - a low B - for an A overall. That's only if your coursework and exam have the same weighting. You can easily find out the weightings by looking up the A - Level on the exam board's website.

If I were you I'd aim for 100% in every module you do. I spent time last year thinking about how I only needed Bs and Cs in my modules to come out with all As and ended up getting a B in the subject I needed the lowest marks in (Cs) and was certain I'd get an A/A*. Giving myself this false sense of security only shot me in the foot as I did little to no work and thought I knew it all.

tl;dr - do your best and don't worry about what marks you need, you should be aiming for the highest mark possible. Good luck.
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
