Solitude is generally a winner, only have with you your study material and a source of music.

For starters, come off of TSR. No seriously, this thing can sap the time away like a vacuum cleaner of procrastination.

Prioritise your tasks, remove all distractions, stop saying "I'll do it tomorrow" and start doing it now.

I find playing xbox and not thinking about it tends to help.

I do it all the time, and one thing that stops me from working is forums/facebook, etc.

Once you start, its usually okay. Its getting started which is the tricky thing.

I use a website blocker that prevents me from going on TSR and everything else. It really helps.

But procrastination is finding something fun and interesting, that you would normally find boring. But xbox is always fun. So technically, it's not procrastinating
