Everyone around me is learning to drive, but I don't see myself needing a car any time soon and the cost of car insurance is definitely off-putting. I understand that mopeds are cheaper, but I don't know anything about them - does anyone here on TSR have one, and what are your thoughts on it?

You can ride mopeds with a car license and CBT but that's only the 30mph kind.
