I'm just curious as to what everyone's sleeping patterns are and roughly how many hours people get. Personally, I normally sleep anywhere between 11:30-12PM and wake up at 7AM for sixth form. What about you guys?

I'd say about 3am to get up for 8am for Uni most days, terrible I know!

Well I meant to go to bed half an hour ago, and I probably won't get to bed for a while yet.

    Every. Damn. Night.

That sounds horrible, literally disgusting, I can't even imagine doing that, I suppose you get used to it though

Usually around 11pm but seeing as I've been going to sleep much later in the holidays, it's never going to happen! I have to be up at 6:15 as well

Well I am on study leave and work well in the mornings, so probably around 7 or so.

I will get my sleeping pattern sorted at some point!

Usually once I get in, which is usually 5pm at the latest, I go straight to sleep. Wake up around 9/10pm then sleep in the early hours, latest 3am or so...

    Monday: midnight
    Tuesday: 2am
    Wednesday: 1am

Usually between 12am and 1am to wake up for 6am, though I really want to cut the time I go to bed, down to around 10:30pm because I don't think 6 to 5 hours of sleep is really enough for me. I have went to sleep at 3am/4am on college nights for several months before, and believe me, it's not worth it. If you ever end up in that position, try and get back into a normal routine as soon as possible.

A girl I went to school with did that. We were all like 'That's so weird', but it worked for her.

On a college night I go to bed between 12 and 1. Maybe 2 if I'm watching a film. Then wake up at 7. So roughly 6 hours sleep.

My sleeping pattern is terrible, I go to sleep at 4/5am and I'm up at 7am for sixth form. I don't know how I've managed to go to school with about 3 hours sleep for the last 3 years :indiff:
