Just for a little reassurance - being soft it and that you can move it make it much more likely to be something benign. But you're certainly doing the right thing getting it looked at.

Your doctor may still want to refer you to a consultant to carry out a biopsy on the lump. Even if it is benign they may still want to remove it to be on the safe side.

My grandmother is also having lump on breast and it is being breast cancer in the end. She is passing away last year sadly. Although you're lump is maybe not being same kind of lump of my grandmother, they may be different category of lump. I am saying you telephone NHS direct and asking them the question they will telling you what to do. I pray for you is not being cancer.

It might be a cyst or fat disposit. I went to the drs last year because when I laid in a certain position I could feel a lump which was hard and he said it was a fat disposit x

I'm afraid there's no advice I can give you without pictures.

Ideally a lengthy video of you moving them around whilst naked.

Its only breast tissue which has grown from hormones, i have nothing to worry about but has been told too keep an eye on it incase it grows more, and if so i'd have to go back and see what they would do, either change my pills or something.

but yeah its all fine thanks for advice and comments guys,
