Possible bladder infection caused by MDMA? Urgent help needed please! Watch

Basically I'm not a stranger to MDMA, and I've never had any issues prior to or after using it. But yesterday I took more than I usually would. I went to an after-party where people were being very generous and long story short it got to a point where I was doing a line (of mdma, a small amount of cocaine too) about every 25 minutes, and it went on all night until around 11.30am this morning. Throughout the whole time, I only went to pee twice and I wasn't drinking much water at all.

Getting back to my flat this morning, I went to pee and noticed a lot of things were wrong: my urine was cloudy and yellow, and had a very foul smell; it was very painful - not at the begining or during the flow, but when it got to the end and it was just trickling out, that's when I'd feel an uncomfortable, burning, stabbing pain all the way through; and then when wiping i noticed there was traces of blood on the tissue. I have been to pee about 4 times today and the symptoms have continued and remained at the same severity as the first time.

Does anyone know what's happening? If it's a bladder or kidney problem? if it's the drugs that would have caused this?

Also is this something I can take to the Accident and Emergency department? I am yet to register at the local hospital, but I need this to be seen to asap because it is causing so much discomfort.

I think you should probably seek medical attention.

I had these exact symptoms but no blood, it was horrible, went to A&E had blood and urine tests couldn't find anything. Symptoms subsided a day or two after but was disgusting, I couldn't pass urine at all and nearing the end it didn't feel like I was passing urine but it was just trickling out, out of my control and then I got a sharp burning pain deep into my body and out. It was horrible, also a lot of bloating and bubbling around kidney/bladder area with some kidney pain. Haven't took mdma since
