Oxford Law / PPE?
As an applicant from Canada, can I apply to both Oxford PPE and law in the same year? If it is not possible, and I will need to choose one of them - how do I go about doing the LNAT exam (I assume it is needed for Oxford but not Cambridge) in Canada or the U.S.?
Is there any other procedural difference for admissions between the two degrees?

No you can't.
You can take the LNAT at a local test centre in the US/Canada.
If you decide to go for PPE, you will need to take the TSA, so google it.
