Just looking for a place to keep track of my diet progress Hopefully this will motivate me!
Weigh in: 115lbs
Breakfast: Sesame seed bagel with a cup of Chinese pu-erh tea. (233 cal.)
Lunch: Chewy granola slice (188 cal.)
Dinner: Spicy chicken fajitas with roast potatoes (800 cal.)
Total = 1221 calories

If this is a drastic decrease in your calories then your body is starting to build fat stores and you will be gaining weight instead of loosing it, surprisingly.
Remember to exercise and goodluck.

How tall are you? 115lbs seems quite light anyway..
Also what are you planning exercise-wise?
