    Workout A

    Bench Press 3 x 5
    Incline Bench Press 3 x 8-10
    Dips 3 x failure
    Deadlifts 1 x 5
    Renegade rows 3 x 8-10

    Workout B

    Squats 3 x 5
    Overhead press 3 x 6-8
    Barbell row 3 x 6-8
    Pullups 3 x 6-8
    Barbell curls 2 x 6-8

    Also, is it correct form to lockout your knees at the top of deadlifts?

    Routines fine hopefully your nutrition is to, you doing A, Off, B, Off repeat?

    When i dled i always locked out, but i'll let someone else give you a better opinion.
