You need to book an appointment with your GP or go to a sexual health clinic. They will be able to find the cause and do something about it - no-one here can do either of those.

    AGAIN?

Go to the doctor! Unexplained is BAD and a medical problem that you should really get checked out.

I had a urinating blood problem a few months ago (it was also painful to pee and I needed to go really frequently like right after I'd pee I'd need to go pee again) and it was just a urinal tract infection sort of thing that cleared up on itself. (I hate going to the doctors about stuff) But if it's happened again you should definitely go to the doctors! It could be more serious than just a small bladder infection!

I hope everything turns out okay~
