I worked out a) to be 5.6 cm and b) to be 19.6 cm^2, but I don't know how to do c) and d)?

(c) To find BD use the cosine rule and from there you know the area of the arc, half 7 to work out the side DC and you have just worked out BD. Add them all together and you will get the perimeter.
(d) You already know the area of the segment so just take this away from the area of the triangle ABD. Area of triangle = 0.5xaxbxsinC
