I have been invited to attend an interview for a PhD in Plant Science at the University of Leeds. I am currently studying a MSc, by research at the University of Manchester. I am very much looking forward to the interview and am wondering if you guys have any tips/ helping points? Are there any particular things the University likes to see in the interview, for example some Universities like a presentation on powerpoint, others like a copy of your work (e.g. my Masters thesis), which you can quickly refer to.

Thanks for your question. FOr your interview you don't need to prepare a presentation, or provide copies of your work.
Speaking to the Biological Sciences Graduate Office, the interview is only for around half an hour, won't be anything out of the ordinary. Their main advice is for you to relax and be yourself!
Good luck for your interview tomorrow - whilst you're on campus I'd recommend visiting the students union to find out more about student life at Leeds, and take a self-guided tour of our campus.
